Wholesale Terms
In order to place orders online you will need to register on the website as a wholesale customer, you can do this here. Enter a new password, something you will remember. You will only need to register once, after that, when you return to the site, sign into your account and you will be able to view your previous orders.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation.
UK Customers
If you have a 30 day account you will be sent an invoice with your order. Payment is due strictly 30 days from invoice date.
If this is your first order you will be required to pay for the goods before the items are dispatched. There is a facility to pay at the 'checkout' by credit/debit card or via paypal. The payment will be authorised but will not be taken until the goods are ready to be dispatched. Alternatively pro-forma invoices can be paid by bank transfer.
UK carriage paid orders are £500 exclusive of VAT
International Customers
For international orders we will always require the payment before we commence making the order.
We require the VAT number for all EU customers or VAT charged at 20% will be added to the order total.
Non EU customers will not be charged VAT but you will be liable for the import duties and any other taxes associated with importing goods into the country. Please contact your customs and excise departments for further information.
Carriage within Europe is £25 and is an express service with DHL
Carriage for the rest of the world is £55 and is an express service with DHL
All Customers
The minimum order is £300, exclusive of VAT. If your order is below the minimum order value you will be required to add items to your order to make it up to the correct amount.
'Special orders' and 'top-up' orders are available for below minimum order value in between placing main stock orders for each season. If the minimum order amount is not placed at least once every six months then 'special orders' and 'top up' orders may be refused.

Lead times are 4-6 weeks. If you need items quicker please let us know as we are usually quite accommodating.
Special orders usually take 1-2 weeks, please contact us at info@amandacoleman.co.uk or on 01522 262548 if you need something quicker as we can usually speed things up a little.
Please let us know within 7 days if the invoice/delivery is incorrect and we can arrange to rectify this.
We repair all items free of charge within 6 months of purchase.
Exclusivity agreements are subject to specific order values. Please contact us to discuss this further.
We accept online payments by bank transfer, cheque, paypal or credit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
